Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Regional Contract Attorney for our Tampa, Florida office to coordinate contract review activities, train staff, and resolve complex contract issues for public and private clients.

The role requires a JD from an accredited law school, 5+ years of relevant experience, excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team; AEC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a related role.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Experience reviewing and resolving contracts; AEC experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines with urgency and initiative.
• Detail‑oriented team player with collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract reviewers, manage flow, provide training, and resolve complex issues.
• Review, negotiate, and resolve contracts for public and private sector clients.
• Collaborate with staff across offices to address contracting needs and resources.
• Organize contract activities for high‑quality reviews and clear guidance to PMs.
• Coordinate with General Counsel on issues and overall review quality.
