Kimley-Horn in College Station, TX is seeking a Regional Contract Lead to coordinate contract reviews, negotiate terms, and support project teams across offices. This is not a remote position and will require on-site collaboration with clients and staff.

The role emphasizes timely, clear guidance to project managers, strong communication, and a proactive approach to resolving issues, with a focus on quality and collaboration within the AEC industry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a related role.
• Experience in reviewing and resolving contracts (AEC preferred).
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of AEC private and public sector contracts.
• Prior experience in the AEC Industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the contract reviewers, managing the flow of contracts, providing training, and helping resolve complex contract issues.
• Review, negotiate, and help resolve a significant number of contracts for both public and private sector clients.
• Work with professional staff to address contracting needs across offices, while ensuring resources and addressing problem areas.
• Organize and manage contract activities that result in high quality reviews and clear advice to project managers on how to proceed.
• Coordinate with General Counsel on individual issues and overall quality of contract reviews.
