Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Regional Contract Lead to join our Austin, TX office. This on-site role coordinates contract reviewers, negotiates matters, and provides guidance to project managers across offices to ensure high-quality contract reviews and timely resolutions.

You will train staff, resolve complex contract issues for public and private clients, and work with General Counsel as needed. AEC experience and strong communication are highly valued in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in contract review/lead role.
• AEC industry experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented team player with ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the contract reviewers and manage the flow of contracts.
• Review, negotiate, and help resolve contracts for public and private sector clients.
• Work with staff to address contracting needs across offices and allocate resources.
• Organize and manage contract activities to ensure high quality reviews and clear guidance to project managers.
• Coordinate with General Counsel on issues and overall quality of contract reviews.
