Kimley-Horn is seeking a Regional Contract Lead to join our Chamblee, GA office. This on-site role focuses on coordinating contract reviewers, negotiating agreements, and resolving complex issues for public and private clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a related role.
• Experience reviewing and resolving contracts (AEC industry preferred).
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented team player with ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the contract reviewers, managing the flow of contracts, providing training, and helping resolve complex contract issues.
• Review, negotiate, and help resolve a significant number of contracts for both public and private sector clients.
• Work with professional staff to address contracting needs across offices, ensuring resources and addressing problem areas.
• Organize and manage contract activities that result in high quality reviews, clear advice to project managers on how to proceed, and dedicated partnership to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with General Counsel as appropriate on individual issues and overall quality of contract reviews.
