The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Procore and MS Office, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to deliver compliant, timely projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to work with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Site access control and badging oversight.
• Perimeter security and risk mitigation.
• Ensure appropriate security systems are present and functioning.
• Plan, coordinate, and report security systems across projects.
• Vendor and contractor security compliance and incident response support.
• Align with corporate and operational security standards; manage stakeholders.
