Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects in the United States. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service through disciplined governance, robust reporting, and proactive risk management.

The ideal candidate will drive stakeholder coordination across architects, engineers, and supply chains, ensuring milestones are met and design standards are applied correctly. On-site presence may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to collaborate with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction PM tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and budget.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Rapid response to RFIs from the field.
