Job summary

CNH is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for New Holland Construction to expand the dealer network and grow customer base through product expertise and market applications. You will collaborate with the CNH team and dealers to deliver solutions in the field.

The role requires strong product knowledge, dealer support experience, and a readiness to travel extensively to manage regional opportunities and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; in lieu, Associates Degree plus three years of experience or High School Diploma plus five years of experience.
• Three or more years of experience in the construction equipment industry.
• One or more years of experience supporting dealers, customers, and end users.

Responsibilities

• Function as primary point of contact to dealers for New Holland CE wholesale and retail operations.
• Own region sales and market share objectives.
• Act as technical resource to dealer sales professionals and customers on New Holland Construction equipment.
• Provide product demonstrations and working applications, identify product limitations and non-traditional product usage.
• Develop and train dealer sales force in product performance and application.
• Review and analyze competitive products and pricing details to manage the portfolio sales pipeline.
• Review and analyze region inventories, market trends, and retail potentials within the region.
• Assist dealers with inventory controls and management.
• Serve as liaison between marketing, product management and dealer network.
