Job summary

Alston Construction Company is seeking a Regional Safety Director to oversee the safety program across assigned regions. You will lead safety training, conduct site inspections, manage incident investigations, and ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance while fostering a best-in-class safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• 7+ years of construction safety management experience with a commercial GC.
• OSHA 30-hour Certification; OSHA 500.
• CSP, CHST, or advanced safety certification.
• First Aid/CPR/AED Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety program in alignment with corporate strategy and culture.
• Plan, develop, and implement safety policies and procedures compliant with OSHA and local regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections of worksites; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
• Design, manage, and deliver safety training; onboard new hires within 5 business days.
