The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, 7+ years of construction safety leadership, OSHA 30-Hour, and bilingual (English/Spanish) communication to crews and subcontractors.

Job Title: Regional Safety Manager
Job Summary: The Regional Safety Manager oversees and directs Alston Construction’s Safety Program for their assigned area(s), training employees on the Safety Program and acting as a resource for safety-related items. The overall goal is to protect the Company’s interests and support employees so they can successfully complete a quality project safely, while promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company’s image.
