Job summary

Lochridge-Priest Inc. is seeking a Regional Safety Director to lead health and safety programs across our Texas region, including field sites and offices. You will guide safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with project leadership to improve safety culture and performance.

The role requires a strong field presence, adaptability to multiple projects, and regular travel. A Bachelor's in a safety-related field and 5+ years in construction safety leadership are preferred;

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to lead safety programs across multiple projects and locations.
• Experience in commercial construction environments and safety leadership roles.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of regional health and safety programs.
• Drive implementation of safety initiatives, policies, and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA, and client requirements.
• Serve as primary safety leader for offices, jobsites, and facilities.
• Maintain field presence with jobsite visits, safety observations, and audits.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions with leadership.
