Job summary

Alston Construction is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee the safety program on Tulsa-area projects. You will lead safety operations, train site staff, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to protect workers and the company's reputation. Travel to various sites will be required.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Safety, 5+ years in construction safety, and OSHA certifications. The role requires strong leadership and incident management with a focus on continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction safety management experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification; OSHA 500 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the company safety program on assigned projects.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and prepare reports.
• Coordinate safety training and JHA reviews with subs.
• Manage OSHA site visits and incident investigations.
• Develop metrics to monitor safety performance.
