Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Regional Construction Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams across multiple data-center programs. You will define processes, document new initiatives, and drive improvements with internal and external partners to optimize capacity and cost efficiency.

You will mentor leadership on KPI development, metrics, and program implementation, shaping standards across geographic regions with minimal direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of construction or project management experience.
• 5+ years of project management in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of critical data center equipment and engineering documentation.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations (Life Safety, NFPA, NEC, OSHA).
• Experience reading construction specifications and drawings across domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage programs and processes.
• Engage with technical experts to initiate new programs and document processes.
• Identify gaps and drive solutions to improve workflows.
• Develop lessons learned and share with teams.
• Work with stakeholders to implement procedures and systems for regional programs.
• Drive automation to reduce costs and increase agility.
• Define KPIs and monitor program milestones, spend forecasts, and schedules.
