Job summary

Amazon.com LLC is seeking a Construction Program Manager to develop and execute nationwide programs for new builds, retrofits, expansions, and facilities initiatives. The role focuses on alignment across project managers, budgets, and schedules, with travel and relocation support as needed.

The role requires (>60%) national travel and the ability to work from a corporate office when not traveling. Relocation assistance may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program management for new construction, renovations, and capacity improvements at NA Amazon facilities.
• Partner with planning teams and leadership to align goals, risk, and reporting tools.
• Support execution teams with centralized processes, escalation, and issue resolution.
• Lead independent work in ambiguous programs with minimal direction.
