Job summary

Amazon's Global Engineering Services North America Design & Construction team seeks a Construction Manager to act as the owner's representative for logistics facilities. You will oversee design reviews, contractor procurement, construction execution and handover across multiple sites.

You'll interface with developers, GCs, design engineers, and AHJs, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and cost control while aligning with Amazon standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction/project management experience.
• Experience with design review, budgeting, scheduling and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner's representative and construction integrator for assigned projects.
• Manage multiple projects from design to handover and commissioning.
• Review budgets, schedules and bid packages; resolve discrepancies.
