CoreSite, LLC is seeking a Construction Procurement Manager to oversee OFCI equipment procurement for active data center construction projects. You will drive end-to-end procurement, manage submittals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet schedules and budgets.

The role requires 2–5 years in a similar field, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Preferred experience in data center, heavy industrial, or MEP-intensive construction.

Responsabilités

• Autonomously drive equipment submittals from inception to completion.
• Manage electrical diagrams and product specifications for multiple projects.
• Bid and procure mechanical and electrical equipment including MV switchgear, transformers, chillers, CRAHs, CRACs, PDUs, UPSs, generators.
• Serve as the primary liaison between supply chain partners and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze project schedules to determine on-site delivery dates and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate on-site start-up and commissioning support services from vendors.
• Maintain complex project budgets and assist with invoicing, cash flow forecasts, and budget reconciliation.
• Work with engineering and sales teams to address client requests and design changes.
• Write RFPs and negotiate deals and contracts with vendors.
• Handle additional duties and promote CoreSite's culture and growth roadmap.
