Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a meticulous Regional Procurement Manager to own end-to-end project-level purchasing. You’ll bridge Global Strategy and Construction, ensuring every PO and submittal is accurate and on time.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in data-center procurement or related industries, with Procore/NetSuite expertise and a bachelor’s in a related field. This onsite role offers a strong salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Procurement, Project Management, or Supply Chain in data center, industrial construction, or oil & gas.
• Strong understanding of requisition process, GL coding, AIA docs, and data-center ME/EL components.
• Procore or NetSuite proficiency for project management and ERP workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing up and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project procurement budgets and cashflows with PM and finance.
• Own RFP process for regional trades and equipment; scope, invites, bids, award.
• Administer POs; ensure alignment with MPAs and project terms.
• Coordinate technical submittals between vendors and Engineering to avoid delays.
• Maintain real-time vendor performance dashboards; flag risks to schedule.
• Track cradle-to-grave delivery of OFCI equipment from factory to site.
• Coordinate startup/commissioning with CX teams and ensure close-out docs.
