Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support data center development and operations by processing contracts and POs, managing indirect procurement, and ensuring compliance. You will review agreements, lien waivers, and vendor onboarding, while collaborating with Legal, Tax, AP and Facilities to keep payments timely and accurate.

The role requires 2–5 years in procurement, a related bachelor’s degree, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience as Contract/Procurement Administrator preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, POs, and changes for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure lien waivers and forms meet company standards; coordinate with AP.
• Support competitive bidding activities and document analysis.
• Manage Pcard program and monthly accounting processes.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Legal, Facilities and other departments.
• Validate PO entries and ensure timely processing.
• Enter service/material details and tax info into PO system.
• Lead vendor onboarding and background checks; collect W-9s.
• Verify COIs meet requirements before vendor work.
• Ensure tax compliance with state/local requirements.
• Support Supplier Diversity initiatives with Senior Manager.
• Promote CoreSite culture and values; handle indirect spend.
• Contribute to vendor scorecards and quarterly reviews.
• Handle special procurement projects as assigned.
