Job summary

CoreSite, LLC is seeking a Manager of Construction Procurement (East Region) to lead procurement for OFCI equipment across multiple data center construction projects. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate schedules and budgets with internal teams.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Remote work eligibility is available for approved locations within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Preferred experience in data center, heavy industrial, or MEP‑intensive construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage OFCI equipment procurement and delivery from start to finish.
• Write RFPs, negotiate with vendors, review equipment submittals and budgets.
• Coordinate on-site delivery, startup and commissioning with vendors.
• Maintain complex project budgets and assist finance with invoicing and forecasts.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and legal teams to meet project goals.
