Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Manager of Construction Management to lead the delivery of new Whole Foods Market stores and Amazon physical retail spaces. You will own the regional construction pipeline from site acquisition handoff through design, construction execution, and operational turnover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on budget, on schedule, and to Amazon's quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of construction project managers to plan, schedule, and execute multiple complex projects.
Oversee contractors to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Mitigate project risks with proactive strategies and governance.
Develop relationships with internal partners, customers, and regulatory authorities.
Provide technical guidance to ensure design and engineering requirements are met.
Monitor progress and report to senior management on health and risks.
Participate in vendor selection and management.
Contribute to construction policies, procedures, and best practices.
Mentor and develop the PM team to foster continuous improvement.
