Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Construction Manager for WWGRD New Store Construction to lead end-to-end delivery of Whole Foods Market stores and Amazon retail spaces across assigned regions.

You will manage the full construction lifecycle from design review through handover, interfacing with developers, GCs, consultants, and regulators. Regular on-site work with travel up to 60% and coordination with internal teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project execution with internal teams to meet schedule milestones and budgets.
• Serve as primary liaison between construction project teams and internal partner organizations.
• Coordinate delivery from external project managers, architects, design consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
