Job summary

Qualifications

• ,Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, project management, or related field with 12+ years PM experience in a complex environment; senior/principal PM role
• If no bachelor’s degree, 8+ years field experience with supervision and 12+ years construction management experience; senior/principal PM role

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with new and existing customers expanding your book of business in the region.
• Review RFPs and manage bidding strategy, pricing, and responses.
• Oversee take-offs, pricing, and ensure bids are complete for customer RFPs.
• Provide SME guidance to PM teams on business choices and decisions.
• Supervise performance plans, reviews, resource management, coaching, and time accounting for staff.
