Job summary

New River Electrical Corporation in Texas seeks a Regional Manager to lead and influence highly complex projects in the regional craft. You will supervise project teams and provide SME guidance to ensure safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery.

This role reports to the Regional Vice President or Vice President and requires strong business development, bidding, schedule management, and hands‑on leadership of field operations with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 12+ years of construction project management experience in a highly complex environment
• Alternative: 8+ years field experience with 3+ years supervising construction operations and 12+ years overall construction management experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with new and existing customers within the region.
• Review RFP opportunities and manage bidding strategy and pricing.
• Own take-offs and pricing, ensuring bids are complete for proposals.
• Provide SME guidance to Project Management teams on business decisions.
• Oversee training and development of superintendents and foremen.
• Manage project initiation plans, schedules, cash flow, materials and safety plans.
• Monitor job site safety audits and enforce policies.
• Communicate project information to stakeholders and manage risks.
• Supervise personnel including performance reviews and career development.
• Maintain monthly WIP and reconcile revenue to expenses.
