This role reports to the Senior VP of Operations and works with development and sector leaders to win work and optimize delivery across multiple market sectors. The position requires managing P&L for the region, negotiating contracts, and mentoring Directors, Project Managers, and field staff.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in construction management, engineering, real estate management, or related field.
• Advanced degree desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate growth and profitability for the regional construction team and WIP revenue.
• Oversee construction P&L for the region and manage contracts.
• Lead staffing, development, and mentoring of project teams.
• Promote regional market expansion and collaboration with sector leaders.
