Job summary

VALCOURT EXTERIOR BUILDING SERVICES OF FLORIDA L C. seeks a General Manager to lead a branch, directing all operations, sales development, and client relationships in the Miami region.

You will supervise staff, drive productivity, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving regional growth and profitability. The candidate will manage a broad scope including estimating, scheduling, safety, and financial operations, with travel up to 25% and a hands-on leadership style to expand the business

Qualifications

• Education level aligns with four-year degree requirement.
• 15+ years of construction or related industry experience.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic business development plan for a region.
• Develop strategies to optimize project opportunities and meet growth objectives.
• Build client relationships and manage business development region-wide.
• Develop and achieve divisional goals with estimating and operations teams.
• Oversee project management facets: estimating, pre-construction, scheduling, safety and staffing.
• Direct division's financial operations including forecasting, budgeting, billing and payables.
• Communicate with management and participate in company initiatives.
