Job summary

Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking a Regional Community Marketing Manager to drive local marketing across multiple practices. This hybrid, field-based role focuses on building partnerships, hosting events, and creating authentic local content to grow patient opportunities.

You will collaborate with doctors, Practice Managers, regional Operations leaders, and a central Marketing team to shape regional strategies and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field/local/multi-location marketing experience.
• Experience building community partnerships and coordinating events.
• Hands-on social media content creation including photography and short-form video.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Proficient with budgets, tracking results, and data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, social media publishing tools, and dashboards.
• Proactive mindset and ability to use technology/AI tools to work smarter.

Responsibilities

• Build local connections with schools, youth organizations, athletic programs, local businesses, and community partners to increase brand awareness and generate new patient opportunities.
• Plan and execute local events, sponsorships, promotions, and referral initiatives that support practice growth.
• Create engaging local social media content aligned with approved calendars and brand guidelines.
• Capture photography and short-form videos during practice visits and community events, and promote local partnerships across channels while respecting privacy.
• Drive patient growth by partnering with practice teams on Friends & Family referrals and linking local marketing to new patient opportunities.
• Own regional marketing strategy by developing plans and coordinating activities across locations.
• Manage local marketing spend, track performance, and use insights to optimize investments.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to share ideas and improve the local patient experience.
