Job summary

Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking a Regional Community Marketing Manager to lead field-based marketing across the Tampa region. This hybrid role focuses on building partnerships with schools, local organizations, and businesses to grow the patient base and strengthen brand presence.

You will plan local events, manage sponsorships, create authentic social content, and collaborate with practice teams and our central Marketing group to execute regional campaigns and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in field/local/community or multi-location marketing.
• Experience building community partnerships and coordinating events or sponsorships.
• Hands-on experience creating social media content, including photography and short-form video.

Responsibilities

• Build Local Connections with schools, youth programs, local businesses, and community partners.
• Plan and execute local events, sponsorships, promotions, and referral initiatives for practice growth.
• Create engaging local social media content aligned with calendars and brand guidelines.
