Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant property management experience.
• 3+ years in a multifamily regional manager role; preferably conventional.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and oversee staff marketing efforts.
• Research, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure goals are met.
• Oversee administrative tasks: POS, cash, applications, move-ins/outs, renewals, notices, accounting.
• Lead annual budget creation and help manage expenses to maximize income.
• Ensure monthly resident events to aid retention and occupancy goals.
• Provide concierge-level customer service to clients, vendors, and colleagues.
