Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business development, sales and/or sales management experience in the banking/financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of business processes, bank products, services, and language are essential.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills with proven ability to work well under pressure.
• Highly focused, able to rapidly determine key priorities, clearly communicate the priorities and ensure resources are properly aligned.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for maintaining effective relationships with Board members, executives, employees, partners and clients.
• Communication and influencing skills for establishing credibility with partners, clients, and executives.
• Positive attitude, self-motivator, and goal-oriented with the ability to foster strong relationships.
• Must be able to be physically present in the Bank to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategies to identify lending, mortgage, wealth management, insurance, and other opportunities.
• Manage region-wide sales and business development activity with consistent engagement of prospects and current clients.
• Promote product awareness and manage calling efforts on consumer and commercial prospects.
• Represent TRB at bank and community events to maximize exposure and drive opportunities.
• Oversee regional sponsorships and community engagement strategies aligned with TRB’s mission and financial goals.
• Produce monthly reports for Executive Management and Regional Leadership.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to execute events, strategies, and projects as needed.
