Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sourcing new business.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 7+ years in sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Experience building and hiring a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execute community engagement plans for major development projects in the region.
• Design and execute signature events and programs.
• Set the vision for sustainable community engagement initiatives across the region.
• Own internal and external communications for community programs and represent AWS publicly.
• Act as the point of contact for community‑centric issues and reputational risk.
• Lead community assessments for new sites and develop engagement plans to mitigate risks.
• Capture and report data showing impact on AWS Infrastructure and community.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver results.
