Job summary

Vector Security, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA region is seeking a Regional Commercial Sales Manager to lead the regional sales strategy, build high-performance teams, and drive revenue growth across the Philadelphia and New Jersey market.

You will own forecasts, manage pipeline, and coordinate with General Managers while collaborating with Training to elevate sales capability. Travel within the region is required to meet customers and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of sales experience with 5+ years in sales management.
• Experience in the commercial space and security industry is required.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage regional sales forecasts and pipeline performance.
• Recruit, lead, and develop commercial sales teams.
• Coordinate sales meetings and report weekly forecasts.
• Drive market penetration and identify new opportunities.
• Partner with trainers to deliver targeted sales training.
