Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Previous management experience is highly preferred.
• Successful sales experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train sales talent.
• Drive daily activity of Residential Sales Representatives.
• Assist sales reps in influencing customers to buy products.
• Ensure financial targets are met based on assigned budget.
• Report results and forecasts to management.
• Identify marketing opportunities for new consumers.
