Hebron Brick Supply seeks a Commercial Sales & Business Development Specialist in Rapid City, SD. You will build relationships with contractors, architects, and homeowners, develop new opportunities, and grow our western South Dakota territory.

You will visit jobsites, present solutions, and become a trusted resource for customers while representing a 100% employee‑owned company with strong service reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial sales or building materials preferred.
• Willing to train the right individual who can build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual business development plan for your territory.
• Identify new commercial opportunities throughout western South Dakota.
• Proactively pursue projects before they reach the bid stage where possible.
• Schedule lunch‑and‑learns, product demonstrations, and customer trainings.
• Introduce new product lines to architects and contractors.
• Develop relationships with architects, general contractors, and key decision‑makers before projects are bid.
