Job summary

General Mills is actively seeking a Commercial Manager to lead regional commercial strategy across Central America, Southern Cone and Club channels. You will drive Route-to-Market optimization, strengthen distributor capabilities, and manage key customer partnerships to ensure profitable growth.

Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Demand Planning, you will deliver best-in-class commercial execution, forecast aggressively, and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• +12 years of progressive commercial experience in FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy across Central America, Southern Cone and Club channels.
• Lead distributor and customer management with JBPs and KPI tracking.
• Negotiate club and modern trade agreements; manage commercial investments and ROI.
