Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Director for the West region, based in Los Angeles with a remote workplace. You will lead commercial strategy, drive growth, and partner with the Regional VP/GM to deliver revenue and profitability.

This role requires 10+ years in commercial leadership within CPG or consumer goods, with distributor management and strong retail execution expertise. Expect field-based duties across the West, and a focus on leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in CPG/beverage/food/consumer goods.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and distributor management.
• Strong understanding of retail execution and field sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional commercial strategy and performance with the Regional VP/GM.
• Drive revenue, distribution, market share, and profitability targets.
• Oversee field operations, distributor execution, and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and mentor high-performing regional teams to achieve objectives.
• Manage regional budget, trade investments, and forecasting processes.
