Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Director to lead the regional commercial execution strategy and drive profitability across the assigned market.

You will partner with the Regional VP/GM to implement priorities, manage budgets, and deliver growth with best-in-class execution. You will oversee commercial operations, distributor leadership, and field sales performance, building high-performing teams while aligning with enterprise initiatives and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the CPG/beverage/consumer goods industry.
• Multi-unit or regional sales leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Distributor management experience.
• Strong understanding of retail execution and field sales operations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the region's commercial strategy.
