The Commercial Director (Central) for Celsius Holdings, Inc. leads the regional commercial execution strategy and business performance across the Central region in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the CPG, beverage, food, or consumer goods industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and distributor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial execution and strategy with Regional VP/GM.
• Drive revenue, distribution, and market share with a focus on profitability.
• Oversee field sales, retail execution, and cross-functional alignment.
• Manage regional budget, trade investments, and marketing funds.
• Develop high-performing teams and establish operational best practices.
• Ensure alignment between regional priorities and enterprise initiatives.
• Foster distributor and customer partnerships to optimize execution.
