Celsius Holdings, Inc. in the East United States region is seeking a Commercial Director to lead the commercial execution strategy and drive profitability across an assigned market. You will partner with the Regional VP/GM, guide field sales, distributor execution, and retail teams, and build high-performing groups.

This is a remote, field-based, full-time role covering the East region. A valid U.S. driver's license is required; MVR screening applies.

• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the CPG, beverage, food, or consumer goods industry

Salary Range: $140,000-$175,000 plus incentives

Position Summary

The Commercial Director is responsible for leading the commercial execution strategy and business performance across an assigned region. This role serves as a key member of the Regional Leadership Team, partnering closely with the Regional VP/GM to execute strategic priorities, drive profitable growth, and ensure best‑in‑class execution throughout the market.

The Commercial Director provides leadership across commercial operations, distributor execution, field sales performance, business development, retail execution, and cross‑functional alignment. This individual ensures the region consistently delivers against revenue, distribution, market share, execution, and profitability objectives while developing high‑performing teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the CPG, beverage, food, or consumer goods industry
• Multi-unit or regional sales leadership experience

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
