Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Director for the East region to lead commercial execution and drive profitable growth across assigned markets.

The role sits on the Regional Leadership Team and partners with the Regional VP/GM. You will oversee commercial operations, distributor performance, field sales, and cross-functional alignment, building high-performing teams while delivering against revenue, distribution, and profitability objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within CPG/beverage/consumer goods.
• Multi-unit or regional sales leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Distributor management experience.
• Experience developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of retail execution and field sales operations.

Salary Range: $140,000-$175,000 plus incentives

Position Summary

The Commercial Director is responsible for leading the commercial execution strategy and business performance across an assigned region. This role serves as a key member of the Regional Leadership Team, partnering closely with the Regional VP/GM to execute strategic priorities, drive profitable growth, and ensure best‑in‑class execution throughout the market.

The Commercial Director provides leadership across commercial operations, distributor execution, field sales performance, business development, retail execution, and cross‑functional alignment. This individual ensures the region consistently delivers against revenue, distribution, market share, execution, and profitability objectives while developing high‑performing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the CPG, beverage, food, or consumer goods industry
• Multi-unit or regional sales leadership experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
