Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Director to lead the commercial execution strategy and drive business performance across the East region.

You will partner with the Regional VP/GM to execute priorities, grow revenue and optimize distributor and retail execution while building high-performing teams. The role requires 10+ years in commercial leadership within CPG/consumer goods, multi-unit leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in CPG/beverage/food/consumer goods.
• Multi-unit or regional sales leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Distributor management experience.
• Experience developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of retail execution and field sales operations.
