Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, accounting or finance.
• 1+ year in commercial collections required.
• 2+ years in accounting/financial with HS diploma required.
• 0–1 year in accounting/financial with Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial collections process (intermediate) required.
• MS Office Suite (intermediate) required.

Aufgaben

• Contacts customers to solicit payment, negotiate cessation of services, obtain billing information, and determine contract defaults.
• Analyze disputes and deductions to resolve amounts due for issues such as wrong rates, days, miles, etc., and identify root causes with upstream partners.
• Provide regular updates on receivables to Finance, Operations, Sales, and Rental leadership via calls and reporting.
• Participate in projects or focus groups related to Collections, Accounts Receivable, and Billing.
• Develop documentation and user manuals as directed.
• Mitigate losses, improve receivables metrics, and save customer relationships by working with customers and management.
• Analyze financial/credit/operational data to plan and execute collections strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
