Job summary

FirstService Residential in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Senior Manager, Collections to lead AR collections strategy and operations across multiple markets. This role combines hands-on team leadership with cross-market advisory responsibilities to drive performance and ensure compliance.

You will oversee regional collections across CA, AZ, MO, MN, and IL, develop scalable processes, onboard new markets, and partner with Legal and Property Management to align priorities and ensure timely

Qualifications

• 5+ years hospitality/customer service experience required.
• CMCA or M100 certification a plus.
• Property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collections operations across CA, AZ, MO, MN, and IL markets.
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage a distributed team of collections leaders.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Build a high-performing regional team culture.
• Partner with Director, Accounts Receivable to align regional priorities.
