HCA Healthcare is seeking a Regional Coding Operations Manager to help shape and execute the strategy for Physician Services Coding Operations across the East Florida Division. The role guides coding education, clinical documentation improvement, and operational governance to meet financial and service targets.

Responsibilities include leading education for providers, coordinating with division leadership, driving process improvements, and ensuring strong collaboration with CCU and practice

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CCS/CCS-P or RHIT/RHIA or CPC/CPC-H or CRC credentials
• 7+ years professional fee coding and revenue cycle experience
• 5+ years healthcare leadership experience

Responsabilidades

• Provides coding and documentation improvement education to Providers.
• Assists in reviewing progress against business case expectations and operational metrics.
• Leads practice implementation/acquisition activities and projects.
• Leads communication with practice staff, providers, and Division Leadership.
• Provides direction to practice management and division staff for accurate coding processes.
• Works with CCU to identify and resolve issues.
• Acts as liaison between CCU and practice management while building relationships.
