Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Regional Refrigeration Specialist to lead commercial CO2 refrigeration across the North American market. You will standardize practices, drive reliability improvements, and ensure food-safety compliance while supporting multiple facilities regionally.

You will travel up to 80% to provide regional technical support, audits, and maintenance excellence, partnering with site leadership and central engineering to optimize equipment and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• 5+ years of refrigeration industry experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work a flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Travel domestically up to 80% to provide regional technical support for commercial CO2 refrigeration systems.
• Lead refrigeration system audits, maintenance quality assessments, and reliability initiatives.
• Develop standardized maintenance procedures and troubleshooting protocols.
• Collaborate with site leadership, maintenance teams, central engineering, and vendors for standardization and cost optimization.
