Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Regional Refrigeration Specialist to lead regional CO2 refrigeration across North America. You will standardize practices, drive reliability improvements, and ensure food-safety compliance while supporting multiple facilities.

You will travel up to 80%, mentor local teams, and partner with site leadership to optimize performance and costs. A strong refrigeration background and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• 5+ years of refrigeration industry experience.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Travel domestically up to 80%, providing regional technical support for commercial CO2 refrigeration systems.
• Lead refrigeration system audits and reliability improvement initiatives across facilities.
• Develop and implement standardized refrigeration maintenance procedures and troubleshooting protocols.
• Partner with site leadership and vendor management to identify opportunities for standardization and cost optimization.
• Provide escalation support and mentorship to maintenance teams on refrigeration operations and preventive maintenance.
