Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Regional Refrigeration Specialist to lead regional CO2 refrigeration operations across North America. You will champion standardization and reliability, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and optimizing performance in multiple facilities across the region.

You will travel up to 80% and collaborate with site leadership, maintenance teams, central engineering, and vendors to drive cost optimization and equipment standardization while mentoring local teams in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• 5+ years of refrigeration industry experience.
• Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Travel domestically up to 80% to provide regional technical support for commercial CO2 refrigeration systems.
• Lead and conduct refrigeration system audits, maintenance quality assessments, and reliability improvement initiatives across multiple facilities.
• Develop and implement standardized refrigeration maintenance procedures and troubleshooting protocols.
