Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks a Regional Clinical Support Leader to coordinate and execute clinical strategies for ablation solutions across the region. You will oversee clinical guidance, team development, and collaboration with sales to deliver customer value in hospital settings.

Primary responsibilities include leading regional clinical programs, driving EP knowledge expansion, and coordinating with leadership to deploy resources. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience within Electrophysiology (sales, clinical, etc.) preferred.
• Management experience in sales, clinical, training, etc. preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead all regional clinical support activities to optimize resources and provide clinical guidance.
• Partner with sales team to drive clinical support initiatives and provide assessments.
• Work with regional leadership to align resources based on priorities and clinical demands.
• Lead and drive changes to strengthen EP knowledge and expand ablation solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and stakeholders to coordinate strategies to achieve ablation objectives.
• Represent Medtronic CAS during ablations to provide clinical guidance and engage customers.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on CAS products and procedures.
