Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a confident Clinical Resource Nurse to provide consultation and oversight of the nursing departments. The role reports to the Chief Clinical Officer and focuses on maintaining compliant, high-quality resident care within a skilled nursing environment.

The candidate should have an RN license, a nursing degree, CPR certification, and at least 1–3 years of experience in a nursing position in a skilled nursing or related facility.

Qualifications

• Requires a nursing degree and RN license.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Knowledge of OBRA, CMS and state regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Nursing Services operations for the facility.
• Interpret policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Promote infection control and QA/QAPI processes.
• Mentor and supervise nursing staff; participate in rounds and surveys.
