Job summary

MiniMed seeks a Clinical Business Manager to lead regional field clinical activities, drive patient outcomes, and oversee clinician training. The role reports to the VP of U.S. Field Sales & Clinical and requires strong clinical leadership in diabetes tech.

Expect 5 days in the field across the North Central Region, with travel and budget responsibility. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in healthcare program management or advanced degree with 3+ years, plus clinical

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
5+ years in medical device/healthcare program management or clinical education.
Advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Ideal candidates may have current clinical licensure (RN/RD/NP/PA/PharmD/CDCES).

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership as the clinical business owner for national and regional orgs.
Lead clinical programs to optimize resources, drive results, and improve outcomes.
Use KPIs to identify opportunities and set clinical objectives per fiscal period.
Develop strategies to achieve AOP, patient retention, training quality, SLAs, and NPS.
