Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Clinical Business Manager to lead regional field clinical activities across a broad North Central territory. You will partner with VP and regional directors to strategize and drive clinical programs that improve patient outcomes and trainer quality.

The role requires a strong clinical leadership background in diabetes technology, KPI-driven management, and a track record of transforming clinical processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in medical device/pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• Advanced degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience in people/program management or clinical education/training management.
• Ideal candidates may have current clinical licensure (RN, RD, NP, PA, PharmD, or CDCES) and experience leading field clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide strategic direction for regional field clinical activities.
• Deliver a 5-star patient training experience and oversee trainer development.
• Use KPIs to identify opportunities and set clinical objectives per fiscal period.
• Drive clinical transformation to enhance patient experience and reduce HCP burden.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and manage external trainers to improve patient outcomes.
