Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Clinical Business Manager to lead regional field clinical activities, deliver top-tier patient training, and drive clinical transformation across the North Central Region. You will partner with sales, cross-functional teams, and external trainers to improve outcomes, ensure quality metrics, and manage budgets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in medical device/healthcare leadership roles, with strong program management, education, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in medical device/pharma/healthcare program management or clinical education/training.
• Advanced degree plus 3+ years in relevant roles (device/pharma/healthcare).

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical programs and initiatives to optimize resources and improve patient outcomes.
• Use KPIs to identify opportunities and set clinical objectives per fiscal period.
• Develop and implement strategies for annual operating plan, patient retention, training quality, SLAs and NPS.
• Oversee trainer strategy, quality, compliance and budget at national and regional levels.
• Drive clinical transformation to enhance patient experience and reduce HCP burden.
